# 歡迎好友的加入訊息

## 新增歡迎訊息

在「歡迎好友」頁面點擊「新增」，會跳出新增視窗。

### Step 1：基本設定

#### 標題

給管理者看的識別名稱。 會顯示在列表上。 可與其他訊息重複。

#### 發布環境

選擇要套用到哪個環境：

* 官方帳號
* 測試帳號

#### 活動期間

設定此歡迎訊息的生效時間：

* 不限定：一直生效
* 限定期間：只在指定日期內生效

### Step 2：內容設定（發送給好友）

設定好友加入後要收到的訊息內容。

#### 存為草稿

儲存但不生效。 若目前為已發布，會同時下架。

#### 立即發布

儲存並發布，規則開始生效。

## 列表操作（右側選單）

點擊資料列右側選單，即可對該筆歡迎訊息進行操作。

### 複製

複製整份設定，並開啟新增視窗。 你可以直接改內容後存成另一則。

### 發布（加入排程）

將狀態從「草稿」切換成「已發布」。 歡迎訊息會開始生效。

### 下架（取消排程）

將狀態從「已發布」切換回「草稿」。 歡迎訊息會停止生效。

### 刪除

永久移除該筆設定。 刪除後無法復原。

## 用測試帳號驗證歡迎訊息

如果你在「發布環境」選了「測試帳號」，就可以先在測試環境驗證。

1. 先完成測試帳號授權與加入。參考 [測試帳號是什麼？](/home/help-center/start/test-oa.md)。
2. 觸發「加入好友」事件，確認訊息是否正確送出。

如何用測試帳號快速重複觸發「加入好友」？

如果你已經加入測試帳號，可以先封鎖測試帳號，再解除封鎖。\
這個行為等同「重新加入好友」，可用來重複驗收歡迎訊息。

驗收完成後，再把發布環境增加勾選「官方帳號」並發布。\
這樣最不容易把未完成內容發給真實好友。
